apparently he is sayin, that some bitches using the steam client found a way to trick the premium shop, everytime they open the window by simulating another IP/Machine. Hence "Virtual Machine" that way the can abuse the free Mat/Energy Potions they get.
If that really is done, I can understand his point. Since there will be no wipe, and people who don't absue the system are left behind.
